CONTRIBUTE Contributing to the campaign is very important. It is like the gas that makes a car go. I believe that it is one of the most difficult part of the campaign process but it has to be accomplished or the car stops. The contributions by law are not tax deductible and you CANNOT be a foreign national. All contributions must be a personal check made out to "Pat Kilburn 2008" and mailed to PO Box 17857, Tucson, AZ 85731. The limit a person can give for contributions is $390 (or $760 for a couple-if a couple sends one check they both must sign the check.)
